Who is taking part in this study?
The Add Health Wave V sample includes almost 20,000 people who were adolescents in 1994-95. Add Health has continued with follow-up waves of the original participants over 20 years.

What do I need to do?
We are getting ready for the next survey. We would like you to update your contact information using this website or the update contact form that was mailed to you. This information will be used for research purposes only. RTI will contact you within the next three years to complete the survey.

What is RTI International?
RTI International is a not-for-profit research organization contracted by Add Health at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill to complete the data collection for Wave V of the Add Health study.
